New Patient Policies

Patients may request a particular physician as his or her family physician.

We will try to accommodate the request, but because most of our physicians already carry a heavy work load we cannot guarantee that that will happen.

Tthe Associate Clinic will assign you to a physician who is accepting patients. Please talk with a clinic receptionist by phoning 403-627-3321 or come in person to arrange for placement with a clinic physician.
