Chinook Primary Care Network
Since 2005, the Chinook Primary Care Network has represented the collaboration between local physicians and the Health Authority, to provide and coordinate a comprehensive set of health care services to patients. In total, there are approximately 125 physicians and 26 clinics (11 in Lethbridge and 15 others in rural communities) participating in the CPCN, providing care to approximately 165,000 regional residents.
