Screening
For several years now, The Associate Clinic has been increasing the number of patients coming in for disease screening tests, with a special emphasis on contacting the "hard to reach" patient population. (The Clinic's philosophy is prevention first, disease management when necessary.)If a condition is diagnosed through these screening clinics, treatment can begin early and improve chances for a successful recovery.
These screening tests cover a variety of conditions, including colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes, lipids and hypertension.
